College Fair Participation Request

We are dedicated to supporting future Spelmanites and appreciate the opportunity to represent our alma mater at your upcoming event.
Request Process & Guidelines
- Review Status: All submissions are requests only and do not serve as a confirmation of attendance. Each request is reviewed on a rolling basis by our chapter.
- Volunteer Availability: Our participation is strictly contingent upon the availability of alumnae volunteers for your specific date and time.
- Materials & Timing: To ensure we have enough time to secure volunteers and official Spelman College recruitment materials/brochures, we require that requests be submitted at least 4 to 6 weeks prior to your event date.
